Michelle Pfeiffer, the first collection of 100% organic, natural fragrances

Michelle Pfeiffer launched her first collection of perfumes after nearly a decade since she gave up anymore and since she started creating this project. A gorgeous actress aged 60, launched a perfume line under the name of Henry Rose, “100% transparent”, clean, sustainable and with a formula containing safe, natural, environmentally friendly ingredients.

The reason for this step? She liked to wear perfumes, especially because she gave up this ritual when she became more aware of her health, lifestyle and the products she used, and the ingredients on the label that could put her at risk, both on her, and her children. In addition, the packaging is eco-friendly, each bottle of perfume being made from recyclable starch, while the box is made of biodegradable paper.

The brand actually bears the names of his two children, John Henry Kelley, 24, and Claudia Rose Pfeiffer, 26, and sales will be exclusively online, only in the United States. The collection comprises five different, unisex essences, each of which comes packaged with a card containing all the ingredients used, obviously approved by the Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep Database (EWG), an institution that lists 152,546 chemicals used in cosmetics and personal care products and with which it provides a tool that evaluates the toxicity of these products.


This is the first brand of fine perfume to receive the distinction awarded by the Environmental Working Group Verified® and Cradle to Cradle Certified gold with a platinum “health of platinum materials / ingredients” – which means virtually the highest level of verification safety of human health.



“The idea to launch Henry Rose has been born since the world came to my children,” Michelle told Forbes. “I started looking for products that were not only healthy but also quality. Then, looking more closely at products and ingredients, I realized that everything was toxic, “the actress continued.


So she made the decision to make her perfumes herself, having a 100% transparency to the consumer audience, as “with absolutely all the ingredients in sight”, while at the same time assuring a leading position in the beauty market.
