Canned ketchup is a killer in disguise you’d never suspect, a hidden source of sugar, and an increased risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and tooth decay. Use fresh tomatoes to make your sauce and add your spices. Or at least switch to pure ketchup with no added sugar to avoid these problems.
